We kindly ask that all new clients start with a consultation. Ongoing appointments are reserved for clients who have completed their consultation. We’re excited to support you on your journey!

Alaina works with all who identify as women and are navigating challenges related to grief, trauma, loss, stress, or who may be feeling stuck, lost, or struggling to rise into their full potential in any area of life. Everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive—to feel safe, connected, joyful, and balanced. I’m here to support you, whether that means working together directly or offering ideas, resources, or referrals to other health and wellness professionals, individuals, or programs that align with your goals and needs.

Land Acknowledgement

At The Alaina Group we acknowledge that we practice, work, and heal together on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. This acknowledgment is only a basic, first step in honoring the land we operate on, and is only meaningful when combined with accountability, acknowledgment, and informed action. If you are of indigenous ancestry, please inform, so we can discuss potential opportunities for energy exchange around payment and/or alternatives in how we work together.
